‍After quickly extinguishing the oil basin fire with a hand-held dry powder fire extinguisher, quickly connect the fire hose and put it into fire rescue... This is a competition scene in the recent "holy city craftsman Cup" fire fighting skills competition in Qufu economic development zone. In order to actively create a good atmosphere in which enterprises attach importance to fire protection, everyone understands fire protection, and all employees participate in fire protection, and effectively enhance the fire emergency response capacity, Qufu Economic Development Zone organized enterprises under its jurisdiction to hold the eighth "people's Confucianism Festival" and "holy city craftsman cup" - fire skills competition in the courtyard of Shengyang power supply Co., Ltd. on November 19. After fierce competition, the team composed of four staff members from the general manager's office, logistics department and electrician class of our company beat the strong teams and stood out from the 20 enterprise teams, and won the first prize of the competition team!

The fire fighting competition includes two parts: dry powder fire extinguisher operation skills and fire hydrant fire extinguishing operation skills, to test the contestants' fire safety awareness and rapid response ability. Each team consists of 4 people in a group. After giving the whistle instruction, one team member unplugs the safety bolt, runs to the fire pot line 30 meters away with a dry powder extinguisher, and quickly extinguishes the oil pot fire.

After finishing the fire fighting, the three team members waiting beside the fire hydrant are responsible for connecting two fire hoses and water guns, opening the fire hydrant water valve and preparing for water injection. When the water gun jet knocks down the water target 50 meters away, the operation is completed.

During the whole competition, our team members were "fast, orderly and united", devoted themselves to the competition with high morale and tenacious fighting spirit, reflecting good spirit and solid business skills. It took only one minute and five seconds to complete all competition links, leaving the most vigorous posture in the competition arena. It is reported that in the later stage, the Qufu Federation of trade unions will issue the "May Day" labor certificates and "May Day" labor medals to the companies and individuals of the teams that won the first prize this time.
